In the beginning, they rented an empty warehouse near a girls’ hostel in Indore, investing only 3 lakhs to start their business.

He said, “We built the first outlet outside a girl’s hostel because we knew that once the girls started coming in, pulling the boy would not be difficult. They would automatically come.” 

Their goal was to attract young people to their business. They spent all their investment on decorating, furnishing, and even offered complimentary tea on their opening day. Unfortunately, no one showed up, but they didn’t lose hope and kept going.

So, they came up with a plan to create a fake crowd with the help of their friends. To their surprise, this strategy actually worked, and more customers started coming to their shop.

Thanks to his entrepreneurial skills, his shop quickly gained popularity. He turned Chai Sutta Bar into a well-known brand in a short amount of time.
